St. Paul, MN 55075 <br />Dear Mr. Almquist: <br />S�oS <br />As required by the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, you are hereby advised that you <br />may be in violation of Section 6.6 of the Land Use Ordinance. <br />The following violation has been noted in a recent onsite inspection by this office: <br />CAMPING UNIT IN SHORELAND ZONE WITHOUT A LAND USE PERMIT. <br />PROPERTY ADDRESS OF 3776 COUNTY ROAD A. <br />The first violation and/or reporting of such are noted as having occurred on 5/26/09. <br />Section 9.3 of the Land Use Ordinance provides legal penalties for Land Use Ordinance <br />violations. <br />To avoid further complications and/or legal prosecution, a permit must be secured or the <br />camper must be removed within 10 days.
