BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br />BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br />7410 County Road K, #102 <br />Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br />Phone (715) 349-2138 <br />Fax (715) 349-2166 <br />NOTICE OF ZONING VIOLATION <br />November 6, 2013 <br />Thomas Mulhollam �� /x�� <br />1265 County Road N % K <br />Roberts, WI 54023 <br />Dear Mr. Mulhollam: <br />As required by the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, you are hereby advised that you <br />may be in violation of Section 30-504(1) and Section 30-443(b) of the Land Use Code of <br />Ordinances. <br />Structure (camping unit) within 75 feet of the ordinary high water mark of Big McKenzie <br />Lake and structure within the county road right-of-way setback at 1336 County Road E. <br />The first violation and/or reporting of such are noted as having occurred on November 5, <br />2013.
