St. Paul, MN 55075 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Almquist: <br />As required by the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, you are hereby advised that you <br />may be in violation of Sections 30-543(2) and 30-543(2)a of the Land Use Code of <br />Ordinances. <br />The following violation has been noted in a recent onsite inspection by this office: <br />CAMPING UNIT IN SHORELAND AREA WITHOUT A LAND USE PERMIT <br />AND IN EXCESS OF A 6 MONTH TIME LIMIT AT 3776 COUNTY ROAD A. <br />TO CORRECT THIS VIOLATION THE CAMPING UNIT MUST BE <br />REMOVED.
