St. Paul, MN 55075 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Almquist: <br />As required by the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, you are hereby advised that you <br />may be in violation of Sections 30-543(2) and 30-543(2)a of the Land Use Code of <br />Ordinances. <br />The following violation has been noted in a recent onsite inspection by this office: <br />CAMPING UNIT IN SHORELAND AREA WITHOUT A LAND USE PERMIT <br />AND IN EXCESS OF A 6 MONTH TIME LIMIT AT 3776 COUNTY ROAD A. <br />TO CORRECT THIS VIOLATION THE CAMPING UNIT MUST BE <br />REMOVED. PLEASE CONTACT ME TO ESTABLISH A TIMEFRAME FOR <br />REMOVAL. <br />The first violation and/or reporting of such are noted as having occurred on 9/27/12. <br />Section 30-659 of the Land Use Ordinance provides legal penalties for Land Use <br />Ordinance violations. <br />To avoid further complications and/or legal prosecution, please contact this office <br />immediately to discuss ways to correct this. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jim Flanigan <br />Zoning Administrator <br />JF:sm <br />Issued resolved in the past, dwelling is complete. 3/12/19 JT <br />
