Your sanitary permit <br />and sanitary system have already been approved. Please complete the application and <br />submit with the $200 application fee by 12/1/02. The old trailer house must be removed <br />within 30 days. <br />On Pronertv Described As Follows: <br />Parcel in Government Lot 2, Section 23, Township 40 North, Range 15 West, Town of <br />Jackson. Computer #012-4223-02-900. <br />Please be advised that the above violation(s) are subject to the forfeiture of funds or injunctive <br />relief, and that each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. <br />You are further notified that if such violation(s) are not remedied by 12/1/02, this will be referred <br />to the Corporation Counsel of Burnett County for prosecution.
