BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br />BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br />7410 County Road K, #102 <br />Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br />January 2, 2002 <br />Phone (715) 349-2138 <br />NOTICE OF ZONING VIOLATION <br />Kathryn Leitch / Charles Lodge <br />208 Newton Ave. South <br />Minneapolis MN 55405 <br />Dear Mr. Fitzgerald et al: <br />Tx ,'f: o'30 7 <br />As required by the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, you are hereby advised that you <br />may be in violation of Section(s) 4.4 (9) and 9.2 (1) of the Land Use Ordinance. <br />The following violation(s) have been noted in a recent onsite inspection by this office: <br />Addition/rebuild to a nonconforming structure without permits. Located on Lots 19 <br />and 20 of Jahnsen's Riverview Park, T41N R16W, Town of Swiss. NOTE: All <br />construction/remodeling must cease until the percentage of structural modification <br />is determined and Land Use Permit secured. Please notify your builder. <br />The first violation and/or reporting of such is noted as having occurred on 12/18/01. <br />Section 9.3 of the Land Use Ordinance provides legal penalties for Land Use Ordinance <br />violations. <br />I have enclosed a shore land development guide for you to review.
