Located on Lots 19 <br />and 20 of Jahnsen's Riverview Park, T41N R16W, Town of Swiss. NOTE: All <br />construction/remodeling must cease until the percentage of structural modification <br />is determined and Land Use Permit secured. Please notify your builder. <br />The first violation and/or reporting of such is noted as having occurred on 12/18/01. <br />Section 9.3 of the Land Use Ordinance provides legal penalties for Land Use Ordinance <br />violations. <br />I have enclosed a shore land development guide for you to review.
