BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br />BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br />7410 County Road K, #102 <br />Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br />Phone (715) 349-2138 <br />NOTICE OF ZONING VIOLATION <br />September 6, 2002 <br />Orville and Mildred Martini <br />26175 County Road H <br />Spooner, WI 54801 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Martini: <br />As required by the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, you are hereby advised that you <br />may be in violation of Section(s) 3.3 (2) (a) of the Land Use Ordinance. <br />The following violation(s) have been noted in a recent onsite inspection by this office: <br />Non -permitted use of residential property as salvage yard. Storing of <br />vehicles and/or parts. Violation at 26741 Martin Lane on Lot 3, CSM <br />Volume 14, Page 226 in the NW 1/ of the NW 1/ of Section 11, Township 39 <br />North, Range 14 West, Town of Rusk. Computer #024-3111-02-011. <br />To correct, vehicles must be removed by 9/30/02.
