I inspected the site yesterday with Dan
Harrington, Waterway Team WMS. The property owner has filled in holes in his yard left by stumps he had removed by
hand (upland). He also placed black dirt to level an area behind permitted riprap. That area is seeded. On the lagoon
side, there is a small area where he leveled and seeded an area as well.
All areas are landward of the OHWM and in upland locations. The sandy lake bottom did not have evidence of
uncontrolled siltation from the yard repairs. I found no evidence of a wetland or waterway violation and am closing the
complaint without further action.
If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact me.
We are committed to service excellence.
Visit our survey at _h_ttp://dnr.wi.gov/customersurvey to evaluate how I did.
Jenny Murphy
Waterway and Wetland Complinace Specialist
Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources
Cell: (715) 416-5017
iennifer.croonborgmurphy@wisconsin.gov
. dnr.wi.gov
1113 ...
