Viewing/Access Corridor <br /> Because of the extent of the shoreline, two 30-foot wide viewing/access corridor are <br /> allowed as indicated on the site drawing. Uses such as boat/canoe storage must be <br /> concentrated in the corridor. These corridors could be moved to suit your preference, but <br /> should be on opposite sides of the property. <br /> Any bare areas in the corridors including the bare are where the deck is removed must be <br /> planted with a groundcover. A lawn cover is suitable here. <br /> NW T'0t ch, Natural Vegetation Zone <br /> Groundcovers <br /> Do not mow or otherwise maintain existing groundcover in the no-touch zone. <br /> Any bare areas mint be planted. Seedlings'are recommended. Follow planting <br /> instructions in the landowner guide. Choose plants from the Pine or Oak Forest list in <br /> the landowner guide. Big-leaf aster and Pennsylvania sedge are recommended. <br /> Shrubs <br /> Plant 94 shrubs scattered throughout the buffer. Choose at least 2 different shrub species <br /> from the Pine or Oak Forest list in the landowner guide for the area north of the house <br /> and shrub species from the Woodland Edge Oak/Pine Forest for the areas to the south <br /> of the house. Do not substitute non-native shrubs. You could choose to substitute up to <br /> 20 trees from the Woodland Edge Oak/Pine Forest for 20 of the required shrubs. <br /> You may trim up to a two-foot diameter circle around newly planted shrubs for the first <br /> year or two to give them a good start. <br /> ?: Apr:21. 21001 <br />
