This violation consists of cutting shoreline vegetation and grading in excess of the <br /> 30-foot view corridor, Section 4.4(2) of the Burnett County Land Ordinance. <br /> As per our phone conversation, the disturbed area along Point Lake must be restored per <br /> a Burnett County Land Conservation Department plan. When a restoration plan is <br /> completed, we will ask for a reduction in fines. The restoration plan will be sent as soon <br /> as we receive it.
