A permit for a private shed/garage was issued for the <br /> area zoned residential. <br /> The property is being used to keep and salvage vehicles both in the C-1 and RR-1 zones. <br /> The private storage/garage is being used to work on autos,trucks, etc. Mr. Hopkins is <br /> also keeping construction and logging equipment on the residential property. <br /> 1 have received several anonymous complaints regarding these violations. Mr. Hopkins <br /> has applied for a rezone for all the property to C-1 (Commercial) but this request was <br /> denied by the County Board. <br /> Mr. Hopkins has been sent notice of violations, but violations have not been corrected. <br /> I would like to request corrective action of these violations under Section 9.3 (2) of the <br /> Land Use Ordinance. <br /> Please contact me as to action to be taken. <br /> Enclosed are copies of violation notices and ordinance copies sent to Mr. Hopkins. <br />
