To <br /> correct violation and prevent additional fine, a Land Use permit must be secured. A <br /> private sanitM system evaluation and/or sanitary permit for a new system must be <br /> submitted and reviewed before action can be taken on permit application. <br /> Our ordinance under Section 9.2(1)requires a Land Use Permit to be secured before any <br /> structure is built,moved, or structurally altered. <br /> The first violation and/or reporting of such is noted as having occurred on 2/10/05. <br /> Section 9.2(1) of the Land Use Ordinance provides legal penalties for Land Use <br /> Ordinance violations. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower <br /> left of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back.
