Original Notice <br /> Septic System/Holding Tank Maintenance Notice <br /> Burnett County records indicate that in 2019 it is time for your septic system/holding tank to be <br /> inspected and/or serviced. The components listed on the other side of this card shall be inspected <br /> and/or serviced in 2019. There are several components that comprise a septic system/holding <br /> tank, each of which shall be inspected and/or serviced to ensure that it is working properly. <br /> You have received this notice in regard to WI Administrative Code SPS 383, which requires a <br /> septic system/holding tank be inspected and/or serviced at the required interval. Holding tanks <br /> and some other components require inspection and/or servicing every 12 months. Other systems <br /> require inspection and/or servicing every 36 months. <br /> Please contact a licensed service provider to perform the necessary inspection and/or servicing. <br /> The service provider is required to submit an electronic report to Burnett County within 30 days <br /> of the inspection and/or servicing being performed.
