The property is owned by <br /> my mother in-law and I am assisting with some of the details. I've never filled out a land use <br /> application, but hopefully have provided the information you need. <br /> This project includes replacement of existing septic system with new system to support both <br /> the garage bathroom and existing cabin (same location as current septic). Existing outhouse <br /> will be removed or used as a shed. A new well will be added to support the garage bathroom <br /> and existing cabin (changing from sand point to drilled well).
