You are hereby ordered to sign and return the <br /> attached mitigation agreement and implement the practices brought forth to you by our Land <br /> and Water Department by no later than 12/15/2015. <br /> Burnet County Code of Ordinances 30-507: grading in the shoreland zone without land-use <br /> permit. You are hereby ordered to obtain an after the fact grading permit costing no less than <br /> three times the normal fee, totaling $450 by no later than 12/15/2015. We believe that you have removed your legal sanitary system onsite recently.
