You are within the shoreland zone being that you are within 1000 feet of a navigable <br /> body of water and land-use permits must be obtained for development. <br /> Specifically we are talking about the pole shed that was built between 2009 and 2013. You must <br /> pay triple the normal fee for an after the fact permit on this structure (totaling $450). You must <br /> have this building permitted by no later than 12/31/2015. <br /> Also, though our camper rules are under review at this time, we may be contacting you about <br /> camper use on a parcel with a principle structure within the shoreland zone. Campers are <br /> typically not to be used for more than 30 calendar days per year when a house exists. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact me at any time.
