On September 301h, 2014 you were advised you were to remove a <br /> number of structures from that property or you would face legal actions against you. We <br /> have found on 5/21/15 that all the listed structures in the attached copy of the original <br /> letter are still present. Contact us within ten days to discuss immediate plans of removing <br /> these violations. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Shane Buchholz <br /> Zoning and POWTS Specialist <br /> Jason advised they need to remove the structures. Owner to provide proof that 3' <br /> retaining wall was rebuilt, -Late May phone call. <br /> No proof as of 6/9/2015 -SB <br /> No progress 8/14/15, SB, I advised the owner via voicemail that they have until the <br /> deadline(on permit) of 9/15/15 to clean up the nonconformities and they will receive a <br /> citation if the work is not done. <br /> All structures removed that were new. SB 9/16/15; No ground stabilization,but also no <br /> runoff. <br />
