You may also need to <br /> check your front property line setback for the trailer. It should be no less than 30 feet from <br /> front line, and 10 feet from any side lines. <br /> Section 30-659 of the Land-Use Ordinances provides legal penalties for Land-Use Ordinance <br /> violations. To avoid further complications and/or legal prosecution, please contact this office <br /> immediately to discuss ways of correction. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time. He placed the new trailer in the same spot as the old one because it <br /> had the stub for the plumbing already ready to go. The old and new photos show the same <br /> story he gave. I gave Richard until 3/01/2016 to get the funds together for the permit. SB <br /> Wife's phone = 715-501-4194 <br /> Land Use permit# LUP-16-50 issued on 3/18/16 resolved this issue. <br />
