BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> 7410 COUNTY ROAD K,#102 PHONE(715)349-2138 <br /> SIREN,WISCONSIN 54872 FAX (715)349-2166 <br /> NOTICE OF LAND-USE VIOLATION <br /> October 13, 2015 <br /> John H &Ruth E O'Brien <br /> 725 Oak Street 3•l Z 3 <br /> Hudson, WI 54016 <br /> Mr. and Mrs. O'Brien, <br /> It has come to our attention via a complaint that you may be in violation of Burnett <br /> County's Land-Use ordinances on your property at 23662 Sathre Lane, Shell Lake, WI. <br /> During our site visit today, we found two violations; the construction of a stairway down <br /> to the lake consisting of in ground concrete stairs without a permit, and the installation <br /> and use of an illegal outdoor shower not tied to a sewer system. <br /> The stairs must be applied for via a land-use permit with a double fee per this violation. <br /> The fee will be no less than $250. This must be done by 12/15/2015. The outdoor shower <br /> use must be ceased and the plumbing completely removed by 12/15/2015. <br /> Please, direct any land-use questions to Shane Buchholz (Zoning and POWTS Specialist) <br /> or Jason Towne (Zoning Administrator/County Surveyor) and direct any sanitary <br /> questions to Dale Beers (Zoning and POWTS Specialist). <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Burnett County <br /> Zoning and Land Use Department <br /> Outdoor shower removed.
