Lakeshore areas are very sensitive pieces of property and we need to be <br /> sure everything is being done correctly. We also notice that there is no silt fencing <br /> measures being used to protect your neighbor's property with all the exposed dirt in the <br /> area. Also, if the area of exposed ground is above 2000 square feet, you need a <br /> filling/grading permit for such actions.
