You were to obtain a land-use permit for this <br /> addition totaling three times the fee per our letter sent on June 11, 2015. This has not been <br /> done. Due to policy changes, we are willing to accept double the fee if this issue is resolved <br /> without the need of a citation. Our final deadline is no later than 1/15/2016. <br /> You must also sign, notarize, and return the attached bunkhouse agreement to us with a $30 <br /> check for the register of deeds for recording. <br /> Section 30-659 of the Land-Use Ordinances provides legal penalties for Land-Use Ordinance <br /> violations. To avoid further complications and/or legal prosecution, please contact this office <br /> immediately to discuss ways of correction. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time.
