When I arrived, I found a <br /> vent/access north of the house at 24029 Daniel Johnson Road, Siren, WI. It appears that it is an <br /> illegal cesspool and under the definition of WI Admin Code 383.32(1)(d), it must be replaced. <br /> Therefore, you are hereby ordered to replace the illegal/failing septic system with a code <br /> compliant one by no later than 11/05/2015. <br /> You may start this process by contacting a WI-licensed master plumber to evaluate the site and <br /> provide the Burnett County Zoning Office with a sanitary application proposing the new septic <br /> system location and size. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact me at any time.
