Ecker 2 2 <br /> 7025 461h Street N a iv' <br /> Oakdale, MN 55128 <br /> Mr. Ecker, <br /> We will be granting your permit application for the garage, however, we found some <br /> concerning violations on your property at 4074 Greer Rd, Webster, WI on 8/5/2015. <br /> These violations are of the structures that were built within 75' of the ordinary high water <br /> mark. These structures include the concrete fire pit, the bar-style sitting area on the ridge <br /> down to the lake, and the stairway down to the lake. <br /> The stairway can be permitted through application; however we cannot permit any <br /> structures built within 35' of the ordinary high water mark. A special permit can be <br /> obtained to build open faced structures between 35' and 75' of the ordinary high water <br /> mark up to 200 square feet total. This is called the garden gazebo permit. If you were to <br /> move the fire pit to a conforming location past 35' of the OHWM, and sign a shoreline <br /> mitigation agreement for the property, we can grant you a permit for keeping a maximum <br /> of 16' diameter fire pit between your house and the lake. <br /> Please have the stairs permitted or removed by 10-15-2015. Please have the bar-sitting <br /> area structure removed by 11-01-2015. Please have the fire-pit moved and permitted by <br /> 11-01-2015, or fully removed.
