BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> 7410 COUNTY ROAD K,#102 PHONE(715)349-2138 <br /> SIREN,WISCONSIN 54872 FAX (715)349-2166 <br /> NOTICE OF LAND-USE VIOLATION <br /> June 15, 2015 <br /> Scott, Trent, Troy, and Michael Blazek <br /> 2395 Timberlea Drive <br /> Woodbury, MN 55125 <br /> To Whom it May Concern, <br /> It has come to the attention of this department, that you may have committed several <br /> violations at your property at 8651 Grover Point Road, Danbury, WI 54830. These issues <br /> are of pressing concern to our department to get corrected. They are as follows: <br /> 1. Construction of a structure within the 75' ordinary high water mark setback. This <br /> structure appears to be a pump-house for a well that is sending water up to your <br /> privy. This structure is not and could not be permitted and must be removed by <br /> 7/15/2015. <br /> 2. The construction of a stairway to the lake with no permit obtained. You must <br /> obtain a permit for stairs to the lake and pay a fee totaling three times the normal <br /> cost per violation by 7/15/2015. <br /> 3. Unacceptable use of a permitted privy. A privy is not to have any running water <br /> including but not limited to, sinks, flush toilets, showers, or tubs. This plumbing <br /> must be removed no later than 7/15/2015. You may retain such features with a <br /> holding tank installed by a licensed plumber; otherwise they must all be removed. <br /> 4. The construction of a porch without a permit. This structure needs a permit to be <br /> kept and it will cost three times the normal fee as well per violation, no later than <br /> 7/15/2015. <br /> 5. It would appear that you are using a permitted bunkhouse in unacceptable ways. <br /> Living quarters of a accessory structure bunkhouse must not exceed 500 square <br /> feet OR 50% of the structure area, whichever is more limiting. We will seek <br /> access to the structure to verify use as a condition of the permits you are to obtain <br /> to verify this usage. If you intend to use this structure as a house, you must <br /> receive a permit for a principle structure no later than 8/15/2015. <br /> Any attempt to circumvent these corrections or the will of this department will warrant an <br /> immediate citation issued to the owner of this parcel.
