The south structure is visible in the 2015 aerial photo, the north structure is visible in the <br /> 2018 aerial photo. <br /> Section 30-659 of the Land Use Ordinance provides legal penalties for Land Use Ordinance <br /> violations. <br /> A land use permit must be obtained for each structure by April 1, 2019, along with this, a double <br /> fee is required for after-the-fact permitting for each structure. A similar letter was sent in 2013 <br /> about the south structure. <br /> If you have questions, please feel free to contact our department at any time.
