The lowest floor must be at or above elevation 995.5' <br /> 2. The basement or crawlway floor must be at or above elevation 995.5' <br /> Or, if the basement or crawlspace will be flood-proofed in accordance with Wisconsin <br /> Administrative Code NR 116.16(1)&(2)and flood-proofing plans arc certified and <br /> signed by a Wisconsin licensed engineer or architect,the elevation may be at or above <br /> 993.5' <br /> 3.
