AFFIDAVIT AS TO ALLEGED LAND USE VIOLATION <br /> The undersigned, being first duly sworn, deposes and states that: <br /> I. I,Judith A. Leonard, am an adult resident of the State of Wisconsin,currently residing at <br /> 5194 State Road 70, Webster, Wisconsin, 54893. 1 make this affidavit in response to the Notice of <br /> Land-Use Violation dated August 26,2019 that sets forth that the gate/fence for my driveway is in <br /> violation of the Burnett County Zoning Ordinances. <br /> 2. I am the owner of the property described as follows: <br /> Lot I of Certified Survey Map No.4337,as recorded in Volume 23 of Certified <br /> Survey Maps, Page 224,as Document No.403848 in the office of the Register of <br /> Deeds for Burnett County, Wisconsin, being located in Government Lot 6, Section <br /> 32,Township 39 North, Range 15 West, Burnett County,Wisconsin. <br /> 3. That the gate/fence referred to in the August 26,2019 Notice of Land-Use Violations has <br /> been in place in excess of 10 years. The gate/fence was installed at the same time my husband and I <br /> converted the existing building on the property into a dwelling. Attached as Exhibit A is a true and <br /> correct copy of the Application for Land Use Permits that was filed in March of 2007 when the <br /> project was being commenced. The gate/fence was installed either in the fall of 2007 or spring of <br /> 2008. <br /> 4. The gate/fence was installed for privacy purposes as numerous individuals started using our <br /> driveway for a turnaround location and would often times drive all the way up to our home and/or <br /> garage. <br /> Dated this!mayday of S4pte�2019. <br /> �ofR1 ith A.
