Rich,a Wisconsin Land Surveyor,hereby certify that pursuant to a request from ROGER AND SUSAN <br /> MROSZAK,I have caused the hereinafter described lands to be surveyed,divided and mapped under my direction and <br /> supervision; and to my best knowledge, information and belief,this Certified Survey Map is a true and correct <br /> representation of that Survey; <br /> THAT the exterior boundary of the land surveyed and mapped is described as follows: <br /> Part of Government Lots 5 and 6 of Section 6,Township 38 North,Range 14 West,Fourth Principal Meridian,Town of <br /> Dewey,County of Burnett,State of Wisconsin and more particularly described as follows: <br /> COMMENCING at the W-1/4 Corner of said Section 6 being a found 4 inch cast iron monument; <br /> THENCE,N34031'51"E along a surveyed tie line a distance of 1752.02 feet to a 1.315 inch iron pipe and the POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; <br /> THENCE,NO3043'47"E a distance of 611.37 feet to a 1.315 inch iron pipe; <br /> THENCE,N81027'5 1"E a distance of 796.49 feet to a 1.315 inch iron pipe; <br /> THENCE,S03042'26"W a distance of 496.39 feet to a 1.0 inch iron pipe and a point on a curve; <br /> THENCE, southwesterly 831.73 feet along the arc of said curve concave northwesterly, with a radius of 2836.37 feet, <br /> whose long chord bears S73°40'31"W a distance of 828.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and the end of this <br /> description; <br /> Said parcel contains 447,998 square feet(10.285 Acres),more or less. This Parcel is subject to any easements, <br /> restrictions,reservations and rights of the public of a recorded and/or unrecorded nature. <br /> THAT such Map is a correct representation of the land surveyed; <br /> THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and the Burnett County <br /> Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances in surveying,dividing and mapping the same. <br /> SURVEYOR'S NOTES: <br /> (1) A 1.0 inch outside diameter iron pipe was found with the top 6 inches slightly disturbed. We excavated around the <br /> monument to find the bottom 18 inches plumb and in good condition. We placed a 1.315 inch by 30 inch iron pipe in the <br /> plumb hole of the found 1.0 inch pipe. <br /> (2) I performed a dependent resurvey of the 20 acre parcel as shown on Surveyor Lyle Elliott's Survey dated March 15, <br /> 1978. This survey map is filed as "D615 and D615A" with the Burnett County Surveyor's Office. Mr. Elliott's <br /> description on the face of the map calls for the curve along the southerly line of this parcel (calls to be the right of way) <br /> to have a radius of 2864.90 feet. The curve data for the "centerline" as shown on the face of the map shows a radius of <br /> 2864.9 feet and matches the WDOT platted data for the centerline(filed with the surveyor's office as D-1580). The <br /> description recorded in deeds volume 583,page 604 states a radius of 2789.9 feet,but lists the tangent length for the <br /> centerline curve data. It becomes apparent after reviewing the documents,deeds and numerous affidavits that there was <br /> confusion related to the original survey or the scrivener of the documents. Our best fit curve based on the current <br /> centerline location creates a curve with a radius of 2759.31. Being a dependent resurvey of Mr. Elliott's parcel, I held <br /> the monumentation as found to fix the location of his curve for the southerly boundary of this parcel. <br /> (3) The northwesterly most corner of Surveyor Lyle Elliott's 20 acre parcel (filed as D-615 and D615A)falls in the road <br /> surface of a driveway and was not found. I replaced this comer by method of distance/distance intersection from found <br /> monuments. <br /> (4) Burnett County Deed Document Number 295075 is a Quit Claim Deed to the Town of Dewey for a 66 foot wide <br /> parcel to be used for a town road. It is apparent that this road is being used as access for numerous parcels in the area. <br /> State gas tax records show that the Town of Dewey has been maintaining this road and collecting gas taxes.
