BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTUd,%ILT1py <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTV& <br /> 7410 COUNTY ROAD K,#102 PHONE(715)349-2138 <br /> SIREN,WISCONSIN 54872 <br /> June 19, 2009 <br /> Cathleen Lindbom <br /> 2625 Eagle Valley Drive <br /> Woodbury, MN 55129 <br /> RE: Building construction without the required Land Use Permits <br /> Dear Ms. Lindbom; <br /> It has come to the attention of this office that you are engaged in construction <br /> consisting of an addition to an existing small building, and the construction of a <br /> new, large pole type building, on property you own at 27898 North Point Lake <br /> Road, described as lots 8 and 9 of CSM Vol, 5, pg 192, located in section 28, <br /> T40N R15W, Town of Jackson. There have been no Land Use Permits issued for <br /> these structures. Further, no improvements whatsoever are indicated to be on the <br /> properties at present. <br /> This letter is a NOTICE OF VIOLATION,and an ORDER to CEASE <br /> CONSTRUCTION pending review of your Land Use Permit applications. If <br /> either of the structures will be occupied as a dwelling, a Sanitary Permit for an <br /> appropriate Private On-site Wastewater Treatment System is also required. This <br /> Office must receive the required Land use Permit applications within 10 days of <br /> receipt of this letter. Failure to comply will result in the issuance of citations, or <br /> other enforcement action. <br /> Construction of a dwelling also requires a Building Permit under the Uniform <br /> Dwelling Code, issued by the Building Inspector for the Town of Jackson. <br /> Enclosed you will find applications for Land Use Permits.
