The current impervious surface percentage <br /> however for the first 30V hack from the lake is 5.3 <br /> Driveway: In order to have the required clearance width of 20' some 10'-15' pine trees will <br /> have to be removed near the North West corner of the proposed garage. Currently there is not <br /> 20' of clearance on our driveway. <br /> Vegetation Removal In addition to the pine trees listed above two Oak trees will be removed <br /> that are in the foot print of the proposed garage. <br /> Proposed grading;Approximately 20 yards of class 5 will be brought in to elevate and build' a <br /> foundation for the concrete slake to rest on.The surrounding ground will be graded so that it <br /> will be pitching away from the building out to a distance of 10'. <br />
