These type of structures need land use permits rior to <br /> them being constructed on the parcel. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by January 10th, 2020 we can reduce it to <br /> 1.5 times the fee. <br /> This sidewalk structure will need a land use permit,the regular rate would be $125 each, and <br /> the rate for 1.5 times for after-the-fact permitting is $187.50. Enclosed is a land use permit <br /> application; please fill it out and return to our office along with sketch and payment by January <br /> 10th, 2020. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact our department at anytime.
