COPY
BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION
BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER
7410 COUNTY ROAD K,#102 PHONE(715)349-2138
SIREN,WISCONSIN 54872
June 26, 2006
Dahlmeier Development
6613 Scandia Road
Edina, MN 55439
To Whom It May Concern:
Enclosed are citations for filling lakebed and grading/filling along the lakeshore of Big
McKenzie Lake.
To correct these violations, all fill material must be removed from the lakebed. Flags
were placed along the ordinary high water mark of the lake for reference only.
The fill is to be removed and no additional dredging can be permitted.
The area above (landward) of the ordinary high water mark must be restored. I will have
the Burnett County Land and Water Conservation Department develop a restoration plan
for this area. It will include removing of the fill and reestablishing natural shoreline
vegetation.
The fill in the lakebed must be removed immediately and the vegetation restored per
timeframe on the plan.
Please contact me if you have any additional questions.
Sincerely,
Jim Flanigan
Zoning Administrator
JF:sm
Enc.
