� ��a��e �o q 13AC)10 m-()y <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE TOWN OF Anderson year 2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> The Town Board of the Town of Anderson , Burnett County, Wisconsin, does ordain as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. Pursuant to sections 60.22(3) and 62.23(2) and (3), Wisconsin Statutes, the Town <br /> of Anderson is authorized to prepare and adopt a comprehensive plan as defined in sections <br /> 66.1001(1)(a) and 66.1001(2), Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> SECTION 2. The Town Board of the Town of Anderson has adopted written procedures <br /> designed to foster public participation in every stage of the preparation of a comprehensive <br /> plan as required by section 66.1001(4)(a), Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> SECTION 3. The Town of Anderson Plan Commission, by a majority vote of the entire <br /> commission recorded in its official minutes, has adopted a resolution recommending to the <br /> Town Board the adoption of the document entitled "Town of Anderson Year 2030 <br /> Comprehensive Plan"containing all of the elements specified in section 66.1003(2), Wisconsin <br /> Statutes. <br /> SECTION 4. The Town of Anderson has provided numerous opportunities for public <br /> involvement in accordance with the Public Participation and Education Plan adopted by the <br /> Town Board and Burnett County Board including public informational meetings, open Plan <br /> Commission/Committee meetings, public opinion surveys, news releases, newsletters, and a <br /> planning process web site. A public hearing was held on _ February 27th, 2010, in compliance <br /> with the requirements of Section 66.1001(4), Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> SECTION 5. The Town Board of the Town of Anderson does, by the enactment of this <br /> ordinance, formally adopt the two documents composing the "Town of Anderson Year 2030 <br /> Comprehensive Plan"(including the"Plan Recommendations Report" and the "Inventory and <br /> Trends Report") pursuant to Section 66.1001(4)(c), Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> SECTION 6.
