Ordinance No. <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE TOWN OF Daniels Year 2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> The Town Board of the Town of Daniels, Burnett County, Wisconsin, does ordain as follows: <br /> SECTION I. Pursuant to sections 60.22(3) and 62.23(2) and (3), Wisconsin Statutes, the Town <br /> of Daniels is authorized to prepare and adopt a comprehensive plan as defined in sections <br /> 66.1001(1)(a) and 66.1001(2), Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> _ SECTION 2. The Town Board of the Town of Daniels has adopted written procedures <br /> designed to foster public participation in every stage of the preparation of a comprehensive <br /> plan as required by section 66.1001(4)(a), Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> SECTION 3. The Town of Daniels Plan Commission, by a majority vote of the entire commission <br /> recorded in Its official minutes, has adopted a resolution recommending to the Town Board the <br /> adoption of the document entitled "Town of Daniels Year 2030 Comprehensive Plan" <br /> containing all of the elements specified in section 66.1001(2), Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> SECTION 4.The Town of Daniels has provided numerous opportunities for public involvement <br /> in accordance with the Public Participation and Education Plan adopted by the Town Board and <br /> Burnett County Board including public informational meetings, open Plan <br /> Commission/Coi'nmittee meetings, public opinion surveys, news releases, newsletters, and a <br /> planning process web site. A public hearing was held on April 7, 2010, in compliance with the <br /> requirements of Section 66.1001(4), Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> SECTION 5. The Town Board of the Town of Daniels does, by the enactment of this ordinance, <br /> formally adopt the two documents composing the "Town of Daniels Year 2030 Comprehensive <br /> Plan"(including the "Plan Recommendations Report" and the "Inventory and Trends Report") <br /> pursuant to Section 66.1001(4) (c), Wisconsin Statutes, <br /> SECTION 6.
