BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> 7410 County Road K, #102 Phone(715) 349-2138 <br /> Siren, Wisconsin 54872 Fax (715) 349-2166 <br /> NOTICE OF ZONING VIOLATION <br /> August 16, 2011 <br /> Brett McKay <br /> 627 Pond View Dr. <br /> St. Paul, MN 55120 <br /> Dear Mr. McKay: <br /> As required by the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, you are hereby advised that you <br /> may be in violation of Section 30-504(6) constructing a structure within 40 feet of a <br /> wetland and Section 30-507(2) filling of a wetland without a permit of the Land Use <br /> Ordinance. <br /> To correct this violation: The structure and fill must be removed to meet the <br /> required setbacks. <br /> A wetland delineator is to determine the wetland boundary, then owner must submit an <br /> application with signature of owner showing compliant setbacks, etc. Application <br /> previously submitted did not show wetland and contractor, Dave Anderson, signed the <br /> owner's signature. <br /> Section 30-659 of the Land Use Ordinance provides legal penalties for Land Use <br /> Ordinance violations. <br /> To avoid further complications and/or legal prosecution, please contact this office <br /> immediately to discuss ways to correct this. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Jim Flanigan <br /> Zoning Administrator <br /> JF:jd <br /> TAX ID: 25065—Resolved: Variance completed for reduced setback 1/28/2020 <br />
