Zoning Committee Meeting <br /> September 4, 2001 <br /> Page 4 <br /> Krause presented a preliminary plat of Yd Addition to Jeffries Estates for Jerry Paulus. <br /> They are taking existing small lots and adding land to make bigger lots. This may have <br /> to go to a state plat. Motion made by Bohn to approve this preliminary plat, second by <br /> Wedin. Motion carried. <br /> Krause presented the final layout for Lost Acres on Berg Lake. This is coming up at the <br /> next county board meeting for a rezone to PUD. <br /> The Committee reviewed three other rezones coming up at the county board meeting. <br /> The Committee reviewed a letter to be sent out to Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wagner asking <br /> them to attend our next meeting to discuss violations at the campground. <br /> Office Business <br /> Motion made by Engelhart to approve the minutes of the August meeting, second by <br /> Wedin. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Wedin to approve the vouchers, second by Engelhart.
