Zoning Committee Meeting <br /> October 2,2001 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Discussion held as to the new Chapter 236 rules regarding the state allowing the <br /> exchange of exterior boundaries of plat to be done by CSM's. <br /> Krause was asking who would have the authority to sign the owner's certificate. The <br /> Committee said the Zoning Administrator and the Zoning Committee Secretary would. <br /> Jeffries Estates <br /> Motion made by Peterson to approve the final CSM of Jeffries Estates, second by Wedin. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Office Business <br /> The Zoning Committee reviewed a sample Telecommunications Ordinance from Lincoln <br /> County. They will read it over for any changes they would like made and bring it up <br /> again at next month's meeting. <br /> The Zoning Committee reviewed two upcoming rezones. <br /> Motion made by Bohn to approve the Zoning Office vouchers, second by Engelhart. <br /> Motion carried. Motion made by Wedin to approve the Surveyor's vouchers, second by <br /> Engelhart. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Wedin to approve the minutes of the September meeting, second by <br /> Engelhart.
