<br /> I, Douglas R. Crane, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify that at the
<br /> direction of Virginia King, I have surveyed, mapped and described the parcel of land which is
<br /> represented by this Certified Survey Map;
<br /> that the exterior boundaries of said parcel surveyed and mapped are described as follows:
<br /> A parcel of land located in the Government Lot 2, Section 29, Township 40 North, Range
<br /> 16 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Town of Oakland, County of Burnett, State of
<br /> Wisconsin, more specifically described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of Section 29, thence N89°30'42"W,
<br /> 1904.15 feet; thence N 1699'45"W, 318.14 feet to the Point of Beginning;
<br /> thence along a Meander Line of Yellow Lake, N11'30'41"W, 150.37 feet;
<br /> thence leaving the Meander Line of Yellow Lake, N74°28'09"E, 387.38 feet;
<br /> thence 161.25 feet along the arc of a curve that is concave to the East, with a radius of
<br /> 5929.65 feet, a central angle of 01"33'29" and a chord bearing S05°59'48"W, for 161.25
<br /> feet;
<br /> thence S74°28'09"W, 338.75 feet to the Point of Beginning;
<br /> Intending that all lands between the Meander Line and the Shore of Yellow Lake shall be
<br /> part of the adjoining parcel;
<br /> that to the best of my knowledge and belief this Certified Survey Map is a correct representation
<br /> of the exterior boundaries of the parcel surveyed and described;
