At the East Quarter Corner, the position for the corner falls in a crack in the highway. It has been <br /> filled with a rubber substance and it is not feasible to set anything in this material. <br /> 2.) We found Darius Connor's 1938 Yellow Pine BT for the MC on the 1/4 Line as noted in Record <br /> Book 4 of Surveys, page 334. We cut into the tree and the blaze was very evident. At the call for the <br /> Linden BT, we found a clump of basswood. <br /> 3.) I have used a straight line between the above two corners for the East-West 1/4 Line of Section 29. <br /> 4.) There is a Herb Johnson survey filed as D794 that shows stakes along the East-West 1/4 Line. I <br /> believe this is the origin of the stakes shown as found north of line on my map. I did not accept these for <br /> the line, due to no apparent effort to recover Connor's previous work and Johnson's apparent acceptance <br /> of yellow highway right-of-way post for the 1/4 line. <br /> 5.) Access Easement rights and responsibilities will be addressed on separate recorded documents. <br /> SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE: <br /> I, Douglas R. Crane, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify that at the direction of <br /> Virginia King, I have surveyed, mapped and described the parcel of land which is represented by this <br /> Certified Survey Map; <br /> that the exterior boundaries of said parcel surveyed and mapped are described as follows: <br /> A parcel of land located in Government Lot 2, Section 29, Township 40 North, Range 16 West of <br /> the Fourth Principal Meridian, Town of Oakland, County of Burnett, State of Wisconsin, more <br /> specifically described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of Section 29; thence N89e30'42"W, 1690.09 feet to the <br /> Point of Beginning; thence N89°30'42"W, 214.06 feet; thence along Meander Lines of Yellow Lake, <br /> NI 7-33'59"W, 168.22 feet;thence N14°56'31"W, 150.01 feet;thence leaving the Meander Line, <br /> N74e28'09"E, 338.75 feet;thence 398.57 feet along the arc of a curve that is concave to the East, with a <br /> radius of 5929.65 feet, a central angle of 03°51'04" and a chord bearing S03e17'32"W for 398.50 feet to <br /> the Point of Beginning; <br /> Intending that all lands between the Meander Line and the water's edge of Yellow Lake shall be a part of <br /> this parcel; <br /> that to the best of my knowledge and belief this Certified Survey Map is a correct representation of the <br /> exterior boundaries of the parcel surveyed and described; <br /> that I have fully complied with the applicable provisions of Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin Statutes and the <br /> Bumett County Subdivision Control Ordinance in surveying and mapping the same. <br /> �Nnaosnpu <br /> 'A•�'�ycONs�y'1 <br /> APPROVcou"As R. <br /> D <br /> Douglas .
