Addendum B New Legal Descriptions: <br />The West 315 feet of The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />EXCEPT for that part South and East of County Road D AND EXCEPT for <br />that parcel of land recorded as Document No. 188248, Volume 286, Page <br />192, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 38 North, of Range 18 West, <br />thence West along the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter a distance of 269 feet, thence at right angles South to the Northwest <br />right-of-way of County Trunk Highway D, thence in a Northeasterly <br />direction along said right-of-way to the North line of the Northeast Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 3-38-18, thence West along said <br />North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 5-38-18, to the <br />point of beginning. <br />AND ALSO EXCEPT for that parcel of land recorded as Document No. <br />201843, Volume 314, Page 508, described as follows: A parcel of land <br />commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 38 North, of Range 18 West, <br />thence South along the West line of said forty a distance of 692 feet to the <br />point of beginning, thence continuing South on said west line a distance of <br />482 feet, thence at right angles East to the West right of way of County <br />Trunk Highway D, thence Northeasterly along the said right of way to a <br />point that is due East of the point of beginning, thence West to the point of <br />beginning. <br />Subject to Easement recorded as Document No. 265013, Volume 456, Page <br />139, described as follows: An easement for ingress and egress over and <br />across the presently existing roadway which runs from County Road D as <br />now laid out and travelled from the road through the NE SW and the NW <br />SW, Section 5-38-28 to the parcel herein conveyed. Said easement to be <br />appurtenant to and run with the land owned by grantees for the benefit of <br />the grantees, their heirs, assigns, invitees and others lawfully coming to <br />their premises. <br />This is an add -on parcel to a parcel already owned by Gary S. Bell and Jane <br />C. Bell and shall not be conveyed separately. <br />
