Stats.,related to <br /> monumentation of the NE and SE corner of Lot 1 of the subject Certified Survey Map (CSM)that falls <br /> within the asphalt road surface of a three rod road. You have proposed setting standard monuments 33 feet <br /> west of the east line of Lot 1 at the top of the bank from the worked right of way. <br /> The department agrees with the proposed monumentation and waives strict compliance with the <br /> requirements of s. 236.15 (1) (ac), as allowed by s. 236.15 (1) (g).
