This office has informed <br /> you on the requirements for securing a land use/building permit, and yet we have not <br /> received the required information. <br /> On property described as follows: Parcel in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 36, <br /> T41N R17W, Town of Swiss. <br /> You are further notified that the above violation(s) are subject to the forfeiture of <br /> funds or injunctive relief, and that each day that a violation continues to exist shall <br /> constitute a separate offense. <br /> You are further notified that if such violation(s) are not remedied within 15 days <br /> upon receipt of this notice, this will be referred to the District Attorney of Burnett <br /> County, Wisconsin, for prosecution.
