Buchholz, Shane
From: Buchholz, Shane
Sent: Wednesday, May 4, 2016 11:40 AM
To: rbutler.spe@g mail.com'
Cc: Towne, Jason; Beers, Dale
Subject: RE: Unit 2 McKenzie Lake Condominium
Hello Ray,
It is good to get in touch with you. I did get your map, and we will call the elevation shots given sufficient. As for the road
setback averaging, the surveyor missed one property to the northeast that would be counted as a 75' setback. However,
your building would still be conforming to the road setback even considering that average. But you still have the 40' rear
setback to consider to which you are nonconforming to. We need a bid from OK construction detailing the work done to
the building to ensure that no more than 50% structural modifications were done to the structure. Then we can issue an
after the fact addition permit. If more than 50%has been done, you will require a variance. Also, before we can issue an
addition permit,we need a master plumber to evaluate the sewer system on site, as there is no sanitary permit of
record. So long as it is a legal functioning system, we would not require a new one. Sorry I had to resort to an email
today, I have a pretty busy schedule this week. Thank you.
Shane Buchholz
Burnett County Zoning and POWTS Specialist
7410 County Rd K#102
Siren, WI 54872
p. 715-349-2138
f. 715-349-2166
From: rbutler.speeC&amail.com [mailto:rbutler.speCa)gmail.coml
Sent: Wednesday, May 4, 2016 10:59 AM
To: Buchholz, Shane
Subject: Fwd: Unit 2 McKenzie Lake Condominium
Shane,
Please see the attached survey that you requested.
