It would appear that a large structure has been placed on this <br /> property without a land use permit from the county zoning office, as required under section 30- <br /> 658 of our ordinances. <br /> To paraphrase this section of the ordinance, "No structure shall be built, moved, placed, or <br /> structurally altered until a land use permit has been issued by the county zoning administrator". <br /> We must require that a land use permit be applied for and issued by no later than 7/01/2018. <br /> If you have questions, please feel free to contact our department at any time.
