This property is located at 30211 W Burlingame Lake Road. This <br /> activity must cease immediately until a conditional use permit is obtained. You must also stop <br /> placing advertising signs in the road right of ways around the county. <br /> The second issue with this property is that you have constructed an addition to this building <br /> without a land use permit from the county. You must obtain a permit for addition to principle <br /> structure with a permit fee totaling no less than $400 by 8/31/2016. <br /> Thirdly, it appears you are using this building as a two bedroom home with a sewer that is only <br /> sized for one bedroom, or two persons maximum. The sewer size must be increased to <br /> accommodate the correct size of the home by no later than 8/31/2016. <br /> Lastly, it appears that you have an illegal outfall pipe coming out of a shed with running water <br /> supplied to the building. This is considered greywater and the use and installation of this <br /> "system" to discharge greywater is illegal and must be removed by 8/31/2016 and its use must <br /> cease immediately. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time.
