To correct violation and prevent additional fine: <br /> 1) The graded area and retaining walls must be restored per the Burnett County Land and <br /> Water Conservation Department plan, and <br /> 2) A Land Use permit must be secured for the addition to the cabin and the addition must be <br /> altered to meet the 75-foot setback. <br /> The onsite found the addition had been constructed at 70 feet from the ordinary high water mark. <br /> Please revise your after-the-fact Land Use permit and resubmit showing alterations taken. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower left of <br /> the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back.
