A <br /> variance will be required to increase current face market value beyond 50% of current <br /> fair market value. (Enclosed is a variance application.) <br /> Because this structure is shown to be in the floodplain, compliance with the Floodplain <br /> Ordinance is also required. The building site elevation must be provided with the <br /> application. This elevation must be provided by a Wisconsin Licensed Surveyor or <br /> Engineer. This elevation will determine the amount of fill required and the elevation of <br /> the dwelling. <br /> With the above application and information, we can begin processing permits.
