Addendum A <br /> We hereby make application to the zoning committee for a conditional permit for the <br /> tollowmg: <br /> Two multi family dwelling complexes consisting of a two phase construction plan. The <br /> tirst phase will be the construction of a senior(over age 55) apartment complex not to <br /> exceed 28 units, the second phase being an assisted living complex. The total number of <br /> units within both phases is not to exceed 44. Within R-1 zoning one unit is allowed for <br /> every 15,000 square feet. The total amount of square footage calculated without lake bed <br /> or road right of way totals 671,066.66 square feet or 15.4 acres within the subject <br /> property allowing for 44 units. <br /> We are requesting that 4 units be allowed for every 300 feet of shoreline on the property, <br /> not to exceed 28 units. The lakeshore is to be accessible to the residents of the apartment <br /> complex only. Assisted living complex residents will be allowed no such access. One <br /> dock with two boat slips on Crescent Lake to be allowed owned by the senior apartment <br /> residents and for their use only.No docks to be allowed on the smaller lake. The total <br /> amount of lake shore exceeds 21,000 feet allowing for over 7 lots of 300 feet or more. <br /> The complex would of course be considered a cluster development putting less pressure <br /> on the lake shore itself. <br />
