This application <br /> was for expanding your winery operation to include banquet facilities. After the <br /> public hearing on 8-7-07, the committee denied this request. <br /> At the hearing, it was noted that a deck or patio had been constructed and that <br /> your facility had been used for receptions in the past. <br /> Because this property is zoned residential,the only non-residential use permitted <br /> would be that allowed under Conditional Permit#1239. This permit allowed for a <br /> wine distribution warehouse and onsite retail sales. <br /> Please review your Land Use records and contact me if you believe our records <br /> are incorrect. Also, a Land Use permit must be secured for your deck/patio <br /> structure if it has been constructed.
