September 25, 2008 <br /> Jim Flanigan <br /> Burnett County Zoning Administrator <br /> Burnett County Zoning Office <br /> 7410 County Road K, #102 <br /> Siren, WI 54872 <br /> Re: CUP zoning application for Matthew and Kathleen Olsen and T-Mobile <br /> Central LLC for an unmanned T-Mobile wireless communication facility to be <br /> installed at: 27950 State Highway 35, Oakland, WI and situated in Burnett <br /> County, Wisconsin. <br /> Dear Mr. Flanigan, <br /> Insite Inc. is working on behalf of T-Mobile and Matthew and Kathleen Olsen <br /> (landowner) to perform site acquisition services for the site listed above which <br /> entails the leasing, zoning and permitting for the communication facility needed at <br /> the location listed above, which is needed for the expansion of the T-Mobile network <br /> in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest Region. <br /> Specifically, T-Mobile is proposing to install a 215' self-supporting tower and ground <br /> equipment cabinets inside the proposed fenced compound located at: 27950 State <br /> Highway 35, Oakland, WI. T-Mobile has obtained a 60' X 60' lease area for <br /> placement of proposed facility. T-Mobile has designed the tower for three additional <br /> wireless providers (as required in the Burnett County Zoning Code). <br /> As an integral part of the T-Mobile network design, T-Mobile has negotiated a lease <br /> agreement with the Olsen's in an effort to improve wireless communications the <br /> proposed area in Wisconsin. T-Mobile, like other wireless providers in the <br /> community, continually strives to improve the quality and coverage of their service <br /> areas by constructing additional communication facilities for added coverage where <br /> they currently have little or no wireless coverage to meet increased demand from <br /> their customers. <br />
