A diagram with <br /> measurements and photos will follow in a separate email. <br /> Below is some pertinent information: <br /> *OHWM is 75' from the S corner post of the deck in photos. <br /> *Proposed rip rap is 69' from the corner post of the deck. <br /> *DNR (Nicole at erosion management) advised "no permit is required <br /> for under 200' of rip rap at the OHWM and your project is not in <br /> an area of concern". <br /> *The area of proposed fill is triangular- 58' (S line behind rip rap) X <br /> 80' (along east property line) X 100' (diagonally SW to NE line). <br /> Depth of fill averages 2-6" (most areas) and ranges from 1/2"min to <br /> 14" max behind part of rip rap. <br /> Photos and diagram with additional measurements will let you see <br /> where the fire pit was, some pavers which are now covered by water, <br /> views of the proposed fill area with me standing in the SE corner, and <br /> some views of what is happening to my garage wall- all are presented <br /> to give you a better understanding of the project. <br /> Please let me know what else I can provide. Hard copy of the <br /> application, diagram, and photos will be delivered to your office, as <br /> discussed, on Monday May 4. I hope you have an opportunity to <br /> review and comment as necessary when you return to your office <br />
